Return & Exchange Policy

All jewellery purchases from MashaAllah Jewellers are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Jewellery may be exchanged within three days of the original purchase date. For an order placed online for in-store pickup, the exchange period begins on the date you complete the transaction at the store. Exchanges are completed in store.

You may place an order online and pick it up at our Mississauga store. The transaction is completed when you visit the store to collect your order.

MashaAllah Jewellers does not offer refunds on jewellery purchases. All sales are final.

Customers may place orders online for pickup at our Mississauga store. The transaction is completed at the store when the order is collected. Jewellery may be exchanged within three days of the original purchase date; for pickup orders, this means within three days of completing the transaction at the store.
